"Way more hassle than it should’ve been"
This was a pain to put together. It took way longer than I expected, the instructions were confusing, and some of the parts didn’t line up right. I even tried getting help and ended up waiting in a queue forever, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Definitely not buying from them again.

Customer service did get back to me, but compared to other places I’ve dealt with, it felt a bit slow. I ended up sending a follow-up before I got a clear answer, which was kind of frustrating.
Once they replied, they were polite and pointed me in the right direction, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I’d just put it more in the average category rather than something that stood out for speed

I’ve been trying to get help with a return and warranty issue for weeks now, and umm, I still haven’t gotten any real support. It’s been a frustrating experience.

I ordered from PLUSINNO and the delivery came more quick than I was thinking it would. They sent the tracking info soon too, which was nice. The package arrived in good shape and nothing was missing or broken or anything like that. So yeah, it was a simple order and the shipping had no hassle for me.

So, it worked fine at first, but after a while it kept getting loose and just felt kind of weak. It’s not completely useless, but for me it ended up being more hassle than it was worth.

I’m kind of torn on this one. The item itself wasn’t bad, but some of the details on the site didn’t quite line up with what I received, especially the size and what parts were supposed to be included. It still worked out for the most part, but I felt like I had to make a few guesses before ordering. I just wish the description had been more accurate.

I really wanted to like this, but the quality just feels kind of cheap. After only a few weeks, it already broke, which was disappointing. I mean, shouldn’t it last longer than that??

"Price is fine, but I expected better"
The price is okay, I guess, but it could be cheaper. I was kind of hoping for a better deal and didn’t really feel like waiting around for something that’s just average...
